Return & Exchange Policy – Varnika Vastra

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received the wrong size

  • The product is defective or damaged

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for return/exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

Products that fail these conditions cannot be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Pickup Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange pickup from your address

  • Courier partner will inspect the product at the time of pickup

  • After successful inspection, your return/exchange will be processed


5. Exchange Options

You may choose:

  • Same product in a different size

  • A different product (price difference may apply)


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Customized items

  • Innerwear or accessories

  • Products damaged after use

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery


7. Refund After Return

If a refund is approved:

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • Refund processing will take 5–7 business days
