1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange only if:

The product is defective or damaged
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for return/exchange, the product must be:

Unwashed

In original condition

With all tags and packaging intact
Products that fail these conditions cannot be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Pickup Process
Once your request is approved:

We will arrange pickup from your address

Courier partner will inspect the product at the time of pickup

After successful inspection, your return/exchange will be processed
5. Exchange Options
You may choose:

Same product in a different size

A different product (price difference may apply)
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale/discounted items

Customized items

Innerwear or accessories

Products damaged after use

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
7. Refund After Return
If a refund is approved:
