At Varnika Vastra, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you face any issue, we are here to help.
1. When You Can Get a Refund
You are eligible for a refund only in these cases:

You received a wrong product

The product arrived damaged or defective

We sent the wrong size

The order was not delivered
Note: Small color differences due to lighting or screen display are not considered defects.
2. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request:

Email us at support@varnikavastra.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order ID and clear photos/video of the issue
Once verified, we will approve your refund.
3. Refund Method
After approval:

Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Processing time: 5–7 business days
4. When Refund Is Not Possible
We cannot provide a refund if:

The product has been used or washed

Tags, packaging, or product are tampered/damaged

The item was purchased on sale/discount (only exchange allowed)

The issue was not reported within 48 hours
5. Order Cancellation

After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed
