Refund Policy – Varnika Vastra

At Varnika Vastra, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you face any issue, we are here to help.


1. When You Can Get a Refund

You are eligible for a refund only in these cases:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • We sent the wrong size

  • The order was not delivered

Note: Small color differences due to lighting or screen display are not considered defects.


2. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request:

  • Email us at support@varnikavastra.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order ID and clear photos/video of the issue

Once verified, we will approve your refund.


3. Refund Method

After approval:

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days


4. When Refund Is Not Possible

We cannot provide a refund if:

  • The product has been used or washed

  • Tags, packaging, or product are tampered/damaged

  • The item was purchased on sale/discount (only exchange allowed)

  • The issue was not reported within 48 hours


5. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed
